La formation continue de ses personnels et la montée en compétences sont deux priorités pour le Groupe Masci. Aussi investissons-nous en permanence dans la formation initiale et permanente de nos salariés : 400 heures de formation pour un primo-intervenant, plus de 50 heures ensuite annuellement par salarié.
Pour mettre en œuvre son objectif, le Groupe s’est doté de l’Ecole de formation Masci :
- Implantation en région au plus près des clients
- Fédération Clients/Régions/Organismes de formation/Masci pour réaliser des programmes sur mesure et rendre les personnels directement opérationnels
- 400 heures de formation par nouvel embauché, le groupe a formé 2 promotions de 10 à 15 nouveaux embauchés par an depuis 3 ans
Le groupe a défini un tronc commun pour tous les intervenants :
- Secourisme
- Gestes et postures
- Extincteurs
- Matériels roulants, CACES
- Echafaudage et travaux en hauteur
Il bénéficie ensuite de formations et d’habilitations spécifiques à nos activités et marchés :
- 110 opérateurs certifiés ACQPA (niveau 1, niveau 2, niveau 3 et Frosio)
- 40 opérateurs certifiés Afnor – Amiante
- 30 opérateurs certifiés béton (QRB)
- 90 opérateurs habilités Nucléaire
