L’innovation fait partie de l’ADN du Groupe Masci. Nous mettons en œuvre une politique active d’innovations en matière de procédés, d’équipements et de matériaux.

Dans le passé, nous avons été, par exemple, précurseurs dans le décapage par induction, le contrôle et la robotisation du chemisage des conduites de chauffage urbain ou dans le revêtement de haute technologie pour les condenseurs nucléaires.

Nous parvenons à des solutions nouvelles en étant capables de prendre en compte l’ensemble des facteurs de performance, liés à l’application de revêtements techniques. En fonction des situations, Ils incluent : productivité, intégration des co-activités, durée des interventions, délai de retour à l’exploitation nominale, adaptation aux aléas, maintenabilité, sécurité/sûreté, impact environnemental.

Le Groupe Masci a développé un réel savoir-faire dans la capacité à fédérer clients, fabricants de résines, équipementiers pour imaginer et réaliser des innovations concrètes. Nous exploitons les nouvelles opportunités apportées par les évolutions technologiques, en particulier :

• Accès facilité aux données explicatives
• Nouveaux matériaux
• Démocratisation de l’électronique et la robotique (moindre coût, langage et apprentissage plus aisés)
